The mission of The ALS Association is to discover treatments and a cure for ALS while serving, advocating for, and empowering people affected by ALS to live their lives to the fullest. Our overall goal is to help offset the expenses for those living with ALS and their families while providing the highest level of care possible. We are the only organization of our kind providing the support and programs that we do throughout our service area. Our programs include the Durable Medical Equipment Loan Pool, the Hrbek-Sing Communication and Assistive Device Program, the Jack Norton Family Respite Program and the Home Safety Program. All of the Chapter's programs and services are free of costs to individuals living with ALS registered with our Chapter and their caregivers and family.
